Soul Property Solutions Red Deer Head Office

Soul Property Solutions Red Deer Head Office was officially opened in Red Deer March of 2016. The local office was initiated from a need to have a physical centralized presence. As a result of Soul’s continued growth, we have moved into our own space at 4905 – 54 St, Red Deer as of May 1st, 2020.

Please feel free to stop by during our company business hours (Monday-Friday, 8-6pm) to discuss your concerns/needs, to pay your rent, or just drop in for a visit.

Paulina Canfield Roach

Resident Success Manager

Paulina is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at Soul’s Red Deer Office. Paulina’s career began in the financial customer service industry, transitioning into real estate conveyancing and most recent, property management administration. Her organizational skills, passion for people, and love for the real estate industry, has directed her towards real estate licensing. Paulina is originally from Bedford, Nova Scotia and has lived in Alberta since 2012. Her key interests include working out, trying local cafés and riding on the back of a motorcycle. Paulina has a 4-year-old son who she spend considerable time with, seeking out new adventures.

Jan Jackson

Controller

With a wealth of experience from large real estate development corporations Jan has been in a multitude of roles from Assistant Controller with 40 staff members to Controllership of a medium size advertising company. Her career now focuses on a portfolio of small to medium size businesses, guiding and managing day to day operations with effective tools to operate in a digital environment of online accounting and workflow processes. Jan was born in Ottawa and throughout her life, has lived coast to coast from St. John, NB to Victoria, BC. Travel, her motorcycle and a wealth of family and friends are her passions.

Peter Jackson

Bookkeeping & Account Receivable/Payable

Peter brings a wealth of bookkeeping experience to Soul, specifically in small businesses and property management. Coupling that experience with decades of customer relationship management experience, makes Peter quite the addition to the Soul Team. If you have questions concerning your Tenant or Owner's Statement, please give him a call or send him an email and he’ll be more than happy to step you through it. Peter was born in Montreal, and grew up in New York & Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and has lived in Alberta for more than 35 years. Reading, studying history, astronomy, and physics are his passions.

Bill Johnson

Project Management/Maintenance

Bill works part time for Soul Properties, bring 25+ years of construction and renovation experience to bear. Bill graduated from Civil Engineering Technology in Peterborough, Ontario, then decided to moved West to Red Deer, in 2015. When Bill isn’t working on Soul’s tenant trouble tickets, or within his own business (Act II Renovations), you can either find him exploring the open roads on the motor bike, playing golf, or leaving miles of foot prints, on a warm sandy beach far from Red Deer.

Ken Leischner

Maintenance

After retiring as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic, Ken came to Soul on a part-time capacity, supporting multiple facets of the business . Don’t be surprised to see him doing odds and ends around the buildings from tidying up, to tenant check-ins. Ken has been with Soul Property Solutions since its inception and is an integral part of what makes up Soul Property Solutions.

Mark Osske

Licensed Property Manager

Mark has lived in Central Alberta for over 40 years and is well versed in many facets of residential real estate market. His vast real estate experience originates in real estate sales, real property appraisal work and for the past 5 years, as a licensed property manager. He would be more than happy to speak with you about all thing’s real estate. Mark has a passion for dogs and enjoys woodworking in his spare time.
