Each animal must submit an animal application as part of the Rental Application and each animal must be listed in your Renter’s Insurance Policy.

🗸 Animal weight limit is 50 lbs., service dog exceptions. (if young, your vet’s opinion of full-grown weight will be used.)
🗸 Each animal must be appear in person (animal) to be photographed and weighed and this animal application shall become part of your Rental Agreement.
🗸 No animal on the Alberta Insurance Company list of dangerous animal species, are allowed.
